Return Policy

According to the consumer contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, people who are buying products from us online or by phone, have the consumer rights to cancel the order within 14 days in its original condition including packaging. Shipping the item that you want to return is your sole responsibility. After inspecting the items, we will issue a full return after inspecting the goods. Except for upholstered furniture, to which statutory cancellation rights do apply, this does not apply to the products listed as exclusions above unless they are faulty, damaged, missing or otherwise not in accordance with the specification.

But for the assembled items we do not accept returns. That’s because in this case, we are unable to specify if the item is damaged by the customer or us. If your product gets damaged during assembly, please stop assembling and contact us so that we can provide you with replacement parts. 

We always try our best to send out the top quality products to our customers. Unfortunately, if you receive a damaged product, we do have a return policy for that. In case you receive a faulty product or a product which has not been ordered by you, you can return it. We will try to replace it with the concerned product straight away. If you want to return us a product, we have made the system effortless for you. You can contact us directly by sending us a message or an email, and we will educate you with the rest of the process. We will guide you completely with further assistance.

The steps and instructions to return a product:

  • The return must be made within 14 days from the day of receiving the product.
  • If you have made up your mind to return the product, kindly don’t assemble it.
  • The product must be returned to the condition and original packing it was received in.
  • The cost incurred for returning the product must be paid by the client.

Once you receive the package, make sure that all the parts of the product are present in it. It is a possibility that we might have missed a part of the product. So, a counter check will do. 

  • In case, we do have missed a part, feel free to contact us at info@tendersleep.co.uk via email. Do not forget to attach the pictures of the damaged or incomplete product so that we can further process your issue.
  • In case of receiving a damaged product, the whole expense will be on us to exchange the whole item
  • An assembled product won’t be taken into any consideration. So, unfortunately, if the product sent out to you is damaged, please do not assemble it.

Note: The client is just supposed to pay the cash back in case of a non damaged product. If you receive a damaged product, you are due to inform us about it within 14 days of the day of receiving. We will try our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
